"I installed these drivers after three attempts. I decided to try a different approch. I installed Direct x from microsoft that is supose to help manage high (CPU) volume music items. After I install DirectX I reinstalled this driver and my red X in my devise manager went away. There seams to be a install langague issue but the sound card woorks good so far."
