"It is a W3.1 driver, not a W95 driver. Who watches over this stuff so people dont waste their freakin time. It ran in W95 but it is the old version of the same driver allready in W95."

of intelligence to setup on win 95..
THIS IS HOW..step 1
increased the level 3 cache on my card
then set jumpers 3 & 4 ,5 & 6, in the off position. wipe the main chip with methylated spirits(optional)
drain the rom chip, and flush the config file..
