"This is a NT 4.0 driver, which is not compatible with WIn2000 or WinXP.

Win2000 and WInXP drivers are interchangeable/compatible with each other, but WinNT drivers are not compatible with WIn2000/WinXP.

This driver works fine under NT 4.0."
