"My boss bought this computer and the modem never ran above 9600 if you set it higher the system would freeze or run real slow. It did not have a driver installed, and I tryed to find one I looked here and their was none
not even a CXT site. Now their is and your driver download works GREAT!!!. The system runs like it does not know the modem is connected and the speed 28.8 to 33.6 it might not sound very fast to some but to us it flys. Thank for posting the driver."

"When I put the modem in and booted my pc, Ctx 33.6k Data/Fax Modem showed up and win98 asked for the drivers disk. I pointed to these drivers downloaded here and it installed Ctx 336 deluxe pnp modem. It will connect to the internet but only at 26.6 and the mouse pointer is jumping and freezing. Any suggestions please?"

"I only needed one driver and not all the drivers for the ctx 33.6 modems, but since they are all bundle up, it'll take a while to download, but, oh well, this is better than not been able to find the driver at all."

95 reports it as a ctx 336-deluxe pnp modem. The wave device for the modem does not seem to work
