"Thank you, for the driver SW, I have installed it to Pentium-S 200 mhz CPU, using Win 98SE OS, and test Modem Diagnostic it passed the test.
But I have not tried to use it online to Internet. Will post later the end result.

"It seemes to be bug-free...
However, it requires MMX support. It
does not work on a lower end 486 system. It appears that a Pentium
system is required.
My system recognizes the modem but it will not accept it for making a connection."
