"This did NOT work with XP64 for me, neither did the more up-to-date driver on the Atheros website. THis is for an Atheros AR5004 chipset, whereas the Netgear WPN311 uses aan Atheros AR5004G Super G chipset. The readme with this driver specifically says that Super G is NOT supported."

I found a driver that works for my WG111v2 on XP x64, it's the Realtek RTL8187 driver ftp://202.65.194.18/cn/wlan/x64-8187(1234).zip
