"I am having trouble installing it . The hardware install wizard does not recognize the information . I unzipped the download onto my hard drive into C:\windows\temp\ and even when give the wizard the path it does not recognize the information. What am I doing wrong? When you get a chance let me know please."

"Works OK in win98, but not in XP - brings up an error immediately every time I launched the scanner."
