"had to wipe out and reinstall xp on this sony. neither sony or asus helped w/ drivers. this download is the whole thing, all I was missing after windows install and updates. installed manually via device mgr, pointed to where I unzipped the pkg, worked just fine for modem, onboard video, usb. thanks driverguide!!!"

"This driver worked great for the Sony Vaio P4S266-VX computer ... also known as system model PCV-RX755(UC). Both Sony and Asus were of no help.

Some of the drivers had to be manually installed ... and the mystery device at the end was the "SuperIO MemoryStick".
