"This driver enabled the computer to recognize the printer, but would only print jargon. I e-mailed Sharp directly, hopefully they have a better solution, because this drive is not the answer for XP."

"The printer worked but caused the computer to lock up. Since then, I found an excellent driver on the SHARP ELECTRONICS Web site. The name of the driver for Windows XP is AL11PK951. Works like a charm."
