"These drivers do work for Win9x and WinMe. I had been trying to identify what integrated graphics chip I had. As the chip has a heat sink you cannot visibly identify manufacturer. The BIOS is unhelpful with PCI VGA. Also, with no visible identity on motherboard its left to cycling the power button to read the motherboard id on bottom left of screen that appears for 0.1 seconds on boot. This was 62-0925-001437-00101111-071595-ARTX-M583LMR-0. Once you have this you can identify the motherboard which is:
1437 HSING TECH ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. (=PcChips)
The graphics can be seen only as ARTX. These are the only drivers I have found and they work - thank you!
