"Horrible... ugh. could not get it to work. tried other sites and found this site as well... umax astra 2000u vistascan v3.55 hangs after giving an 0000000h error message (non-cacheable?), using winxp, firmware v1.0, driver v3.1. if anyone knows what the issue is, let me know. thnx."

"Vista Scan for my 2010U works with XP-pro now. BTW, "Select the middle choice." means select "Repair installation" when you run this updater. Tks JM"

"Using MSI K7T Turbo motherboard. After installing you have to delete USB Drivers and re-install to get scanner to work. Working great now, THANKS!!!"
