Ok, this driver works with windows xp pro, but you have to work a bit...

1) first unpack to a directory of your choice

2) rename the file "AS9600p" to "SETUP" (that's why the file is not found!)

3) run install

4) go to start > settings > control panel. Double click on system. Click on the "Hardware" tab. Click on "Device Manager". Double click on Ports (COM & LPT). Double click on LPT1.

5) In the new window opened, choose the "Port Settings" tab. Select "Use any interrupt assigned to the port". Tick "Enable legacy Plug and Play detection". Click ok. Close all windows.

6) Enjoy :-)

"It works with windows xp pro, but you have to sweat over it a bit...

"Yes this work just fine once you realise you need to open and save, or rename, the appropiate setup file as setup.inf (as9600p) All else was automatic when the install program is run."
