"Could not use driver since I cannot locate the kn95acam.sys file needed to install the driver. no one seems to have included it's wereabouts, now that may have been more usefull. If someone sends me the info. I will post it.

"I don't know how to install this file. Doesn't look like it downloaded. I have win98 on 1 HDrive and win XP ON OTHER as main O/S. aNY IDEAS ON HOW i CAN GET THIS CAMERA TO WORK ?"

"Didn't work for XP (incomplete). The Kensington site has a beta driver and software for this camera but it requires a firmware flash which renders it useless under Win9x."

  • In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
