"I could not get it to install. It said it found new hardware, gameport joystick. the file pw4026.cat on WHQL cannot be found. insert win98 cd, file "ksuser.dll not found. Insert WHQL crystal ac9x wdm driver disk, get from manufacture. I can't seem to get one, so there we are. But I checked email, hp told me how to order recovery cd. So i guess i am still working on it. thanks cher"

"worked on a HP Vectra VLI8 600, did some funny stuff on install (windows fatal error screen ... but they always show up anyway)but worked in the end!"
