This is the Windows 2000 driver for the 3COM 3C556 combination NIC and modem install in the Gateway Solo Pro 9300 laptop/notebook. I had a heck of a time finding it; hope it helps. Run the program to create C:\CABS\7505885, then point Device Manager to the appropriate folder for your OS inside this folder for the NIC. For the modem, point it to _just_ c:\cabs\7505885 - that's the part that kept tripping me up. Hope this helps!
