hopefully they work for Win 2000 and hopefully I've uploaded them the right way...one file I believe is for the driver the other for the software...only second time Ive posted..good luck and please let me know

How to Update Controllerless Modem Port Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
