This Driver works on this modem. This modem is found in many ProGen PC's with AMI motherboards. This is for the M748MR series. PC-Chips no longer provides the proper driver. You can use this as an update also. This is version 7.60. Have windows look for the best driver in this file after unzipping it. This is one of 2 I have found.

"Driver still installed PTSnoop.exe! This driver was supposedly not to do this. If you're trying to keep this piece of spyware/malware off of your system, this is NOT the best driver to use. However, you can install the driver manually from Device Manager, Do Not let Windows install it on sytem start up, (Found New Hardware). Unzip

"I've used this driver several times on several different computers I put together and it always works if I've cleaned out the computer hard drive of old software for boards (especially modem software) that arn't working correctly or arn't installed anymore. And once I couldn't get it to work until I removed the 'Sound Card', un-in
