2. Install this driver. All function including OCR will work. XP will automatically keep the newer files installed by step 1.

Over the past months since I lost my disk to my HP Laserjet 1100 workhorse I haven't been able to use the scanner and kept getting error msgs when windows booted.

Well I had written Hewlett Packard(they have long since forgetten the garage where they started). I have joined countless driver pages.

When I cam upon your website for something else actually, There was no hassle to get signed up and instantly after doing the search, I was given over to a download that stated this "is the original disk drivers for the printer/scanner"

And, Baby, you weren't lyin'!!! I'm telling months of not being able to use half(scanner) of the product. I tried Morpheus, HP never even answered my mail calls. I want to thank you for the "hook up".

Practically 10years after bulletin boards gave way to the internet and this .dll should not be this difficult for thousands of people that bought this HP product.if you folks post your picture on a "rate-it site" I'd give you a 20, site unseen. thanks x2
