This is for a Creative Labs Soundblaster that came out of a Gateway Tower. CT5803 or CT5003 would be your model number on this, but guess what, Creative said they could identify that model, so here is the driver. it is an audioPCI 128 if you need to know. Good luck. Rock on, people.

"Everything worked. Note that Creatives web-site said that it is a sb64, when it is in fact a 128."
