"I have a VIA Onboard AC97 (disabled) and Trident 4dWaveDX (Aztech PCI64Q3D). Installed this driver properly but there is a lot of scratchy, buzzy noise. Really I gave you a estiment. on the rating,

I am preparing my 3rd computer for win xp. My trident sound card is a pci and I'm not too sure it does work. see win 98se does find it but it don't have trident 4d wave sound drivers. that is why I came here. So really wish me luck.

"I had this old sound card, still quite good the last time I used it. But the driver was long gone and so is the Windows 95 system. I wanted to try to sell it in an auktion, but I had to make sure you could still use the card together with Windows XP). This driver worked fine."
