Q: I browse the web with Firefox (or other non-IE browser), why isn't the toolkit working?

A: Unfortunately you need to use IE so that the ActiveX will work. Most non IE browsers either don't support IE or don't without an additional plug-in. We will soon release a version of our toolkit lite which does not require browser-based ActiveX support.

Q: Sometimes the service works and sometimes it doesn't! What's going on?

A: This software is currently being beta tested, and you are one of our beta testers. You get early and free access, but that means you're also more likely to encounter bugs or experience some periods where the scan might not work as we work out bugs.
