"This is a 56K V.90 ISA modem from an older HP Pavilion. The file has drivers for Win95 thru NT4. It has a batch file to remove previous Lucent drivers that may keep it from working. I found it on the Smart Modular Technologies web site. Works fine in 98SE. Good readme's. Use 'em."
